Delete your Calc-X account

You can delete your Calc-X account and all its data at any time. You don't need to give a reason.

How to ask

If you pay for Finlo, cancel it first in Calc-X → Settings → Plan (or in Google Play, if you bought it there), so it does not renew.
Optionally, disconnect your brokers in Calc-X → Investments, to remove Calc-X's access at the broker too.
Email support@calc-x.in with the subject Delete my Calc-X account, from the email address you use for Calc-X.

We reply within 7 days to confirm, and delete everything within 30 days.

Your account, name, email, mobile number and UPI ID.
All transactions, accounts, balances, bills, budgets, goals, investments, PF balances, money to return and lent, notifications, and your private iPhone SMS link.
Broker access tokens and mutual fund statement settings.
Your Finlo questions history and usage.
Your membership of any household. Items you shared stay with the other members only as their own records (for example, their share of a bill you split).

Payment records (date, amount, plan), where tax or accounting law requires us to keep them, for the period the law sets.
Backups are cleared on their normal cycle, within 30 days.
